David CohenDavid Cohen is a Senior Advisor at Command Group and one of the world’s leading authorities on intelligence analysis and operations. Mr. Cohen has served in some of the most senior intelligence positions at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the world’s largest metropolitan law enforcement organization, the New York Police Department (NYPD). As the Deputy Commissioner of Intelligence for New York City, a position established in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, he was responsible for revolutionizing the way in which the NYPD and its nearly forty thousand employees collected, analyzed, and shared intelligence, as well as how the organization leveraged traditional intelligence collection and analysis methods to improve operations and inform the NYPD’s counter-terrorism strategies. Mr. Cohen also previously served as Deputy Director of Operations for the CIA where he was responsible for the intelligence collection operations of the National Clandestine Service.
