Priscilla is a Senior Associate at CT Strategies, a consulting firm which provides strategic consulting services to clients seeking insight and innovative approaches to address current border management and supply chain challenges in the U.S. and around the world.
As a Senior Associate at CT Strategies, Priscilla leads business development initiatives focused on bringing new technologies and policy innovations to the international trade and transportation environment throughout the NAFTA area and Latin America.
Priscilla has spent her career developing and implementing strategic initiatives to grow international trade opportunities for Mexican businesses in major markets and attracting foreign direct investment in Mexico. Prior to joining CT Strategies, Priscilla most recently served as the Coordinator for operations at the Washington, DC office of the U.S. – Mexico Chamber of Commerce, where she was responsible for a broad portfolio of policy and business issues. Her areas of focus included oversight of U.S. government relations, public relations initiatives, and analysis of policies and business opportunities related to transportation, security, logistics, and infrastructure. In this role, she also served as a consultant on cross-border business issues to Mexican, U.S., and international member companies and financial institutions.
Previously, Priscilla spent over five years in management roles in China, India, and Mexico with ProMexico, an organization funded by the Secretariat of the Economy of Mexico. While serving as the Regional Manager for Internal Affairs at the ProMexico Shanghai office, Priscilla was responsible for developing cultural, political, and social analyses to assist the organization in targeting its development efforts as well as providing more effective guidance to businesses seeking to enter regional markets. She also was responsible for managing the operations of the Mexican Pavilion at the Shanghai EXPO 2010, a major international exposition that attracted over 70 million visitors and 246 participating countries and organizations.
Prior to serving in Shanghai, Priscilla was responsible for the opening of Mexico’s first commercial office in India, located in Mumbai. In this position, she created political, economic, and security analyses to refine understanding of the Indian economy and directed initiatives to promote Mexican exports to South Asia. Also with ProMexico, Priscilla worked in the Mexico City Office to implement new policies, procedures, and best practices to attract foreign investment and grow Mexican exports in the NAFTA area.
Priscilla recently earned a master’s degree in Washington, DC and also holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Mexico.
