Transportation & Aviation Security

Command Consulting Group has assembled a premier team of transportation security experts with unmatched experience in securing these complex and economically vital systems while still facilitating legitimate travel. Transportation systems and aviation in particular, continue to be some of the most attractive terrorist targets. The potential impact of such an attack, whether domestic or international, would result in devastating economic losses and the disruption of daily activities.

The CCG team has first hand operational knowledge of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), having been directly engaged in establishing the standards for aviation security and developing a multi-layered approach to security required to protect these complex systems in the wake of September 11th and following the Madrid and London public transportation attacks. Additionally, members of the CCG Team have been responsible for providing perimeter and facility security for some of the most sensitive airfields, aircraft, and aviation assets in the United States today.

The CCG Team offers clients a comprehensive understanding of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), TSA and DHS transportation security policies and programs. While in government, these operators and managers faced complex challenges and viable threats with outstanding success and have been recognized domestically and internationally for their efforts. CCG’s expertise includes an intimate knowledge of the screening process for over two million domestic passengers, their personal baggage and hundreds of tons of air cargo everyday from both the government and industry perspectives. We understand development of compliance standards in the aviation industry and working with international partners to secure transportation networks beyond the border, amidst the constant need to balance security with facilitation.
