Major Event Management

The stakes have never been higher for hosts of major events. The operational and security challenges that confront international summit organizers, world sporting event planners and host nations are immense because of the logistical difficulty, political and protocol sensitivities, and the threat of terrorism and mass protests. Because of the high profile nature of the events themselves, there is little room for error and inexperience.

Command Consulting Group’s collective experience and expertise in large-scale event management and high profile travel is unrivaled. Members of the CCG team have been responsible for a majority of National Special Security Events (NSSEs) over the past decade and have successfully and safely orchestrated some of the most complex high level meetings and official visits on the world stage.

The CCG team draws on this vast experience to offer expert strategic advice on core elements of large-scale events and public advocacy travel. Command Consulting Group can assist a wide spectrum of customers -- from organizers to host nations -- develop comprehensive plans to ensure the successful implementation of major international events.
