Law Enforcement Training & Integrity Monitoring

Building and sustaining a high quality law enforcement or security workforce requires a rigorous training program, thorough screening, exacting standards and constant integrity monitoring. The Command Consulting Group team brings a wealth of experience and insight on the curriculum, facilities and tools needed to train law enforcement and security personnel for a variety of threat environments.

The Command Consulting Group can help private sector and government clients offer the best professional instruction, as well as practical application and testing, to provide law enforcement and security officers with the skills and knowledge in a variety of topics ranging from threat assessments and response, dignitary protection services, protective advance preparation, physical security of facilities, and vehicle inspection protocols. Realizing that each customer has their own unique operational mandates, CCG can prepare and deliver a fast and flexible assessment of those needs, tailor training requirements, and provide a comprehensive plan specifically designed to meeting or exceeding our client’s needs. CCG's team can deliver this training in both domestic and international environments.

Law enforcement security organizations continually seek to maintain the highest standards and protect against corruption. They also seek to comply with local, state, and federal regulations, evaluate performance, and adhere to best management practices. But the highest priority is to detect and mitigate corruption or insider threats in the work force. CCG’s team of experts can help with both. An in-depth inspection process can be designed and executed by CCG's experienced staff or delivered as a course of instruction to those organizations seeking to improve their own inspectional process and workforce assurance.
