		R. David Paulison was the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and held other leadership positions in both federal and local emergency preparedness, response and recovery agencies.
		Joseph W. Hagin served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at the White House, where he helped lead executive branch Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government planning efforts.
		Phil Lago led the overhaul of the CIA’s Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Continuity of Government (COG) programs and coordinated the CIA’s emergency action and contingency plans with state & local governments after 9/11.
		Dr. William Lang is among the world’s foremost experts in contingency medical planning for mass casualty and pandemic events.
		Dr. Robert Darling has years of experience in emergency medical contingency planning at the top levels of government and expertise in pandemic preparation and response.
		Steve Atkiss was the Chief of Staff at U.S. Customs & Border Protection and served as Special Assistant to the President for Operations where he assisted in Executive Branch continuity planning.
