William Masters

Mr. Bill Masters is a preeminent expert in the fields of protective platforms, specialized acquisition management, and counter-threat technology. Mr. Masters recently retired from the United States Secret Service (USSS), where he spent 22 years as the Armored Vehicle Program Manager. In that capacity, Mr. Masters was responsible for the development and procurement of all specialized vehicles used to fulfill the Secret Service’s protective mission, including the armored presidential limousine and attending motorcade platforms.

Mr. Masters has been involved in all aspects of armored vehicle planning, design, engineering, and testing and is a recognized subject matter expert in the field of armored vehicle engineering and survivability. He brings a unique combination of specialized protective material knowledge as well as experience managing highly complex, purpose-built and after-market armored vehicle programs.
