Mr. Jon Whittingham has extensive knowledge and experience in developing, programming, and executing complex counterintelligence investigations supporting a variety of classified and sensitive offensive and defensive programs and projects. Mr. Whittingham has expertise in developing, improving, and implementing multidiscipline security, counterintelligence, counterespionage, force protection, and technical security programs.
Most recently, Mr. Whittingham served as the Director of Security and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Program Manager, where he was responsible for the 900-plus member communications support agency serving the President of the United States, the National Security Council (NSC) and the White House staff. Mr. Whittingham planned, coordinated and established policy for all security services including personnel, operations, facilities, information and technical security programs for the White House Communications Agency (WHCA), while also serving as Supervisory Special Agent and Technical Security Adviser.
Prior to his service to the President, Mr. Whittingham spent nearly 26 years as an Army Counterintelligence Special Agent specializing in technical counterintelligence technologies and procedures.
